Accessibility Statement
Cecure Intelligence Limited (“CIL”) is committed to making the NCLOPS public website perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies.
1. Conformance target
We aim for conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this site’s informational pages and the public contact form, recognising that some third-party components (such as CAPTCHA widgets) are not fully under our control.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure (headings, landmarks, lists) to support screen readers and keyboard navigation.
- A visible skip link to bypass repeated navigation and reach main content.
- Sufficient colour contrast for core text and interactive elements in the baseline theme.
- Text resizing without horizontal scrolling on common viewports.
- Form labels associated with inputs on the contact page; error and status regions exposed where implemented.
- Descriptive link text where practicable; meaningful
alttext for informative images (decorative images may use empty alt).
3. Known limitations
Depending on configuration and third-party services:
- CAPTCHA challenges may be difficult for some users; we provide alternative contact via email where feasible and evaluate accessible CAPTCHA options.
- PDF or downloadable documents, if added in future, may not always meet the same conformance level until remediated.
- Embedded media may require keyboard traps or captions to be added on a case-by-case basis.
Deployed NCLOPS platform applications (separate from this marketing site) may have their own accessibility statements and conformance claims under customer responsibility.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you experience a barrier on this website, please tell us:
- Email nclops@cil.support (preferred hub for NCLOPS public-site correspondence)
- Include the page URL, browser and assistive technology (if any), and a short description of the issue.
We will acknowledge substantive reports within a reasonable period and work to provide an equitable solution or timeline for remediation where we control the code or configuration.
5. Enforcement
Nothing in this statement affects your statutory rights. In the United Kingdom, the Equality Act 2010 may apply to certain services; regulatory guidance continues to evolve for public-sector bodies and websites.
6. Formal standards
This statement is provided in good faith in line with common practice for corporate and programme marketing sites. It is not a certificate issued by an external auditor unless separately published.
