This notice describes how the NCLOPS public website (nclops.com and related public hostnames) uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage and pixels). For how we use personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Notice.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to keep them secure, and sometimes to remember preferences. “Similar technologies” include local browser storage, session storage, and software development kits used by embedded widgets.
2. How we use cookies on this site
The NCLOPS public website is designed to minimise tracking. In typical browsing, you may encounter the following categories:
2.1 Strictly necessary / functional
These technologies are required for core operation or security, for example:
- Maintaining security and load-balancing at the edge (which may use short-lived cookies or tokens set by our CDN or hosting provider);
- Any session or anti-forgery mechanism required by the contact API pipeline;
- Remembering that you have dismissed an informational banner, if such a feature is present.
We do not use strictly necessary cookies to serve behavioural advertising on this public site.
2.2 CAPTCHA and abuse prevention
The contact form may load a script from a third-party CAPTCHA provider (for example Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha, or Google reCAPTCHA, depending on build configuration). That provider may set cookies or use browser storage to distinguish humans from automated abuse. Processing is subject to the provider’s terms and privacy documentation.
2.3 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-NJVB8D06VE on the NCLOPS public website to collect aggregate statistics about how pages are used (for example page views, session duration, device category, and traffic source). This helps us improve content and navigation. Google may set first-party and third-party cookies or use similar storage; processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps. We do not enable Google Ads remarketing tags on this public site as part of the default snippet supplied here.
2.4 Advertising
We do not operate third-party advertising networks on this public website as part of the baseline build.
3. Cookie table (illustrative)
Exact names and lifetimes can vary by deployment. Your browser’s developer tools (Application / Storage tab) list cookies for the current hostname.
Example categories only:
- Provider infrastructure — short-lived security or routing cookies.
- CAPTCHA — challenge and session integrity tokens managed by the CAPTCHA vendor.
- Google Analytics 4 — identifiers and payloads used for aggregate measurement (see Google Analytics privacy).
4. Your choices
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site (including the contact form) from working. Industry opt-out pages (for example for advertising) are not typically relevant to this site’s baseline configuration.
5. Do Not Track
There is no consistent global standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals. We treat privacy expectations seriously regardless of DNT settings; contact us if you have concerns.

We will update this Cookie Notice when our practices or embedded technologies change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
